DAN-GANJA is an artist, executive producer, and independent label founder from Paramount, CA.

Since launching the RICH MIND$ Collective in 2016 under the mantra Elevating You To Higher Frequencies, he’s been dedicated to building platforms for independent talent across music and culture. His discography includes solo and collaborative releases like DAN-GANJA (2016), Flip Side(2019), and Same Difference (2021) with longtime collaborator Shankar Menon.

He’s rocked stages from the LA Art Walk to opening for Black Star at the Fox Theater, and now focuses his energy on A&R, artist development, and representation; working in close partnership with Blossöm Records.

2026 has been a landmark year for the collective, anchored by Red Bag’s debut album COULD THIS BE, produced entirely by Pernell Lamarr (Cynematic). Currently, DAN-GANJA works closely with Red Bag, ACHE NO MORE (Eliot James Mulhern & Pernell Lamarr), Shankar Menon, Da’ronte, Long Journey, and Parrka — guiding their creative output while continuing to evolve his own sound and vision.
