This release comes off the heels from Maxwell’s Pop-Up store and Gallery in Paris Fashion Week, showcasing his latest line and new 24 Karat Gold Jewelry line from La Cleanic.

The next single L’OEIL DU COEUR off the upcoming EP is available to Pre-Save now on Apple, Spotify, Amazon & Tidal, with the entire EP releasing to the public this Summer on June 9, 2023.

Floyd Zion has just premiered the official music video to his latest single Black Hoodie. The distinctly publicized song off his upcoming album pink by Floyd’s new music video is out today and #1 on VEVO’s editorially playlists, Incoming Indie & DSCVR Indie.

Zion will showcase the visual publicly for the first time and perform live this Thursday at Blossöm Records x Soho House‘s event at Soho Warehouse, Downtown LA.

“James Mulhern crafts some trippy sounds, pop indie, dream pop, blendo pop, I am not sure what to call it but it pulls you in and then distracts you with evocative interruptions. –

-Unabashedly shape shifting itself and our emotions. The track Deep (Deeply Fond) is a bouncy pop love affair with sort of surf pop drums co-existing with sci-fi arpeggios, surprising and time transportive and then to that evocative interruption I mentioned earlier (you will see). Some of the tracks feel retro sci-fi in the sense that you hear coins dropping in those now antiquated phone booths (do they even exist anymore?). The track Normal is divergently sweet in a straight forward way, a telephone call to someone you love (maybe) from that relic phone booth. Nowhere Too sucks you out of the dream by feeling more like a busker dinking around or composing on the fly. It is raw with stuttered mistakes, imperfect, maybe intentionally.” –American Pancake

“‘Smooth’ is the first song I wrote for ALWAYS LATELY. It’s about betrayal (in a deeply affectionate way) and getting your frustrations in order, but letting them drive qualities of yourself you love the most,” James explains to Billboard. “The choir at the beginning of the song is an iPhone voice memo of my parents’ choir at Christmas — it gives me chills every time.”
